Plavan’s 2025/26 5th grade students will have the wonderful opportunity to experience a 3-day/2-night trip to outdoor science camp at Irvine Ranch February 11-13. Students will experience zip lining, rock climbing, archery, technology, engineering, and math and science lab stations to help develop their critical thinking and leadership skills.
Trip Funding: We rely completely on the suggested donation amount to fund this trip. This includes transportation via bus, food, lodging, and the instructional programs and activities approved by our 5th grade teachers. It is a highly enriching and engaging experience that we would like to make available to ALL 5th graders. The suggested, voluntary donation that we ask of parents to fund this trip is $450, however any amount that you can contribute is much appreciated.
